Our family is very fond of seafood, including shrimp and langoustines in various forms. One of the most delicious recipes is fried shrimp in garlic and ginger sauce (in Turkish).

Ingredients
  • shrimp 600 g
  • ginger 50 g
  • garlic 1/2 pc.
  • soy sauce 100 ml
  • olive oil 75 ml

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Pour olive (or other refined vegetable) oil into a frying pan (you can wok), bring to a boil, put chopped garlic and ginger in there, stir quickly, preventing it from burning. Reduce the fire.
Step 2
When the characteristic garlic-ginger smell appears, add shrimp to the pan.
