Frozen porcini mushroom soup

Simple but delicious soup made from frozen porcini mushrooms. Much less hassle than with dried ones, and the result is perhaps even better!

Ingredients
  • frozen porcini mushrooms 600 g
  • potatoes 5-6 pcs.
  • carrots 1 pc.
  • onion 1 pc.
  • peppercorns 5-6 pcs.
  • salt

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Rinse the mushrooms thoroughly without defrosting. Place in a saucepan, simmer and simmer over medium heat for about 40 minutes.
Step 2
Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes or strips, whichever you prefer.
Step 3
Remove the mushrooms from the broth, transfer to a plate. Put potatoes in the broth, cook until almost cooked.
Step 4
Grate the carrots, finely chop the onion. Saute them in sunflower oil for several minutes, preventing the onions from fried too much. Add to broth with potatoes.
Step 5
Cut the mushrooms into smaller pieces, return to the soup. Salt to taste.
Step 6
When serving, you can add sour cream and dill.
