Funchoza with seaweed and cherry tomatoes
Ingredients
- funchose 50 g
- dry seaweed 2 tbsp
- salt to taste
- mixture of peppers to taste
- chilli flakes - to taste
- cherry tomatoes-6 pcs.
- dried tomatoes 1 tsp
- olive oil 3 tablespoons
- sesame seeds 2 tsp
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Pour seaweed with hot water, let it swell and drain into a colander.
Step 2
Pour boiling water over the funchoza, leave for 7-8 minutes and put in a colander.
Step 3
Cut the cherry tomatoes into halves. Fry sesame seeds in a dry frying pan until golden brown.
Step 4
Heat olive oil in a frying pan, put cherry tomatoes, cook for 3-4 minutes, add funchose, seaweed. Pepper, add the tomato and chili flakes. Put on a dish, garnish with a sprig of mint and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
