  • cheese whey 2 l
  • milk 1 liter
  • salt 1 tsp


Step 1
We heat the whey to 90 ° C.
Step 2
Pour milk into whey. We alter, keep on low heat for 10 minutes, add salt.
Step 3
We post it to drain the whey (it took me 3 hours). The longer we hold, the drier the product will be.
