Macaroons with tangerines
Almond flour gives baked goods an extraordinary flavor and texture, while tangerines will decorate and add to the festive mood.
Ingredients
- flour 200 g
- almond flour 200 g
- butter 150 g
- sugar 1/2 cup (s)
- egg 1 pc.
- orange 1 pc.
- mandarin 5 pcs.
- powdered sugar
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Beat the softened butter with sugar, add the egg. Beat again.
Step 2
Add almond flour, sugar, flour, orange zest. Add 1 tbsp. orange juice. Mix.
Step 3
Divide the dough into 2 parts and roll up 2 cylinders with a diameter of 5 cm, wrap in foil and put in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
Step 4
Wash and dry tangerines. Cut into thin slices (the knife must be very sharp). Place the tangerine mugs on a paper towel.
Step 5
Cool the cookies and sprinkle with icing sugar. Enjoy your meal!
