Mackerel stuffed with rice and currants
Ingredients
- mackerel 2 pcs.
- rice 60 g
- garlic 2 pcs.
- butter 40 g
- currants 150 g
- grain mustard 1 tbsp
- salt pinch (s)
- black pepper pinch (s)
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Rinse the rice and boil until tender. I had a mix. Then mix the finished rice with half the currants, half the butter, one head of garlic, season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
Step 2
Gut the fish, rinse and dry with a paper towel. Make cuts on each side of it, then season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Bake the fish in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for 20-25 minutes.
