Pancakes with meat and cottage cheese
Ingredients
  • 300 g flour
  • 300 ml of milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt
  • vegetable oil for frying
  • berries for decoration
  • 300 g boiled beef
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 medium boiled carrot
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • 200 g cottage cheese
  • 150 g curd mass
  • 50 g soft dried apricots

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
For meat filling, rotate the meat in a meat grinder. Cut raw onions and boiled carrots very finely, add to the meat, salt and mix. Fry with olive oil in a skillet, stirring occasionally, 5-7 minutes.
Step 2
For the curd filling, finely chop the dried apricots, mix all the ingredients until smooth.
Step 3
Sift flour for pancakes. Mix all ingredients and 200 ml of water to avoid clumps. Preheat a pancake pan, brush with oil. Bake thin pancakes.
Step 4
For each pancake, place 1–2 tbsp. l. fillings, roll up in an envelope and quickly fry on both sides. Serve with black tea with bergamot and lemon, garnished with cottage cheese and berry pancakes.
