Pancakes with rum and cedar flour

It looks like ordinary pancakes, but the taste is a nutty delight. It is also useful, because pine nuts, from which the flour for these pancakes was made, contain a lot of necessary vitamins and minerals.

Pancakes with rum and cedar flour
Ingredients
  • butter - 60 g
  • eggs - 4 pcs.
  • sugar - 30 g or 3 tbsp. l.
  • fine salt - 2 g or 1/2 tsp.
  • cold water - 190 ml
  • cold milk - 190 ml
  • rum - 50 ml
  • cedar flour - 250 g
  • vegetable oil - 5 ml

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Melt the butter (it should not be hot).
Step 2
Beat eggs lightly with sugar and salt.
Step 3
Add water, milk, melted butter and rum. Stir with a whisk.
Step 4
Add sifted flour. Stir the dough well.
Step 5
Heat a frying pan, brush with vegetable oil and bake pancakes. It is recommended to serve dessert with jam.
