Pancakes with baked milk, with cottage cheese
Ingredients
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 liter of melted milk
  • 400 g flour
  • 100 g butter + a little more for frying
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp. l. raisins
  • 500 g fat cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tbsp. l. powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp. l. thick thick sour cream

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
For pancakes, mash eggs with sugar until white, add milk in parts, mix.
Step 2
Add sifted flour, 2 tbsp. l. melted butter and salt and stir the dough well to avoid lumps. Fry thin pancakes in a preheated and oiled skillet.
Step 3
For the filling, rinse the raisins if necessary and steam with boiling water. Beat the cottage cheese with a blender, add sour cream, eggs, powdered sugar and beat again. Add raisins, stir.
Step 4
For each pancake, place 1–2 tbsp. l. curd filling and wrap in a roll, tucking the edges from the middle of the wrap.
Step 5
Place the pancakes in a greased pan. Pour in the remaining melted butter and bake in an oven preheated to 170 ° C until golden brown, about 15 minutes.
