Braid with cottage cheese and kiwi
Ingredients
- flour 3 glass (s)
- milk whey 1 cup (s)
- sugar 2 tablespoons
- salt 1 tsp
- butter 2 tablespoons
- fast-acting yeast 2 tsp
- cottage cheese 300 g
- egg 2 pcs.
- cane sugar 3 tbsp
- vanillin 1.5 g
- kiwi 4 pcs.
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Prepare the dough in HP. To do this, lay out the ingredients for the dough in the following sequence - whey, flour, butter, sugar, salt and yeast. Turn on dough mode. At the end of mixing, place in a bowl sprinkled with flour and leave in a warm place for 30 minutes.

For the filling, add eggs, sugar, vanillin to the curd. Stir. Peel and cut the kiwi into small pieces.

Roll out the dough into a long rectangular layer. Lay out the kiwi "lane" in the middle.
