Steam honey gingerbread
Delicious, aromatic gingerbread steamed in a slow cooker.
Ingredients
- chicken egg 1 pc.
- wheat flour 175 g
- liquid honey 2 tbsp
- baking spice mixture 1 tsp
- sugar 75 g
- baking powder 1 tsp
- vegetable oil 2 tbsp
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Beat an egg into a bowl, add sugar, honey and vegetable oil.
Step 2
Stir with a whisk. Add the spice mixture.
Step 3
Then half the flour and baking powder.
Step 4
Mix.
Step 5
Pour in the rest of the flour.
Step 6
Knead with your hands until elastic dough.
Step 7
Grease the steam insert with vegetable oil. Roll the dough into balls the size of a walnut and place on a greased wire rack.
Step 8
Pour 4 multi-glasses of water into the multicooker bowl. Install insert. Close the lid of the multicooker. We turn on the program ON STEAM, set the time to 30 minutes. Open the lid with a knife or spatula (just hot))), remove the gingerbread.
Step 9
Here they are. Then we sculpt balls from the remaining dough, add water to the multicooker bowl, put the balls on a greased wire rack and cook for a couple of 30 minutes. In total, I got 20 gingerbread.
