Curd vertuny with nuts and quinoa
Ingredients
- For the test:
- cottage cheese 250 g
- sugar 3 tbsp
- egg 1 pc.
- flour 1.5 glass (s)
- vegetable oil 70 ml
- baking powder 1 tsp
- vanillin 1.5 g
- salt 1 pinch (s)
- For filling:
- nuts (cashews and almonds) 75 g
- apple jam 5 tbsp
- egg 1 pc.
- boiled quinoa 2.5 tbsp
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
For the filling, grind the nuts in a blender, add jam, quinoa, an egg (it is better only an egg yolk, I added a whole egg, the filling turned out to be watery).
Step 2
Divide the dough into 2 parts. Roll out each piece into a rectangle and mentally divide the dough into 3 pieces. Place the filling along the entire length in the middle of the dough.
Step 3
First, cover the filling with one edge of the dough, then the other. Press down lightly on the dough. Cut with a knife into strips 2 cm wide. Twist each segment 2 turns. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Step 4
Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 25 minutes.
