Chocolate muffins with fresh berries and ice cream
This simple and easy recipe, which does not require a large number of ingredients and does not take much time, will undoubtedly come in handy for every housewife. Fresh berries and an ice cream with chocolate chips will perfectly complement the rich taste of baked goods.
Ingredients
- dark chocolate 150 g
- butter 100 g
- sugar 50 g
- eggs 3 pcs.
- flour 60 g
- salt 1/4 tsp
- fresh berries 3-5 pcs.
- ice cream 200 g
- mint 1 pc.
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Cut the butter into pieces, break the chocolate and put everything in a shallow bowl. Melt the contents in a water bath, stir thoroughly until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
Step 2
Beat the eggs with sugar until a thick foam is obtained. Pour the cooled chocolate mass into the egg froth and stir. The butter / chocolate mixture should not be very hot or the eggs may curl.
Step 3
Mix flour and salt and sift them into a chocolate-egg mass. Stir until smooth, but not very long so that the dough does not become very dense, since in this case the muffins will not rise well.
Step 4
Grease the muffins with butter and pour the resulting dough over them to about a level slightly more than half of the mold. We put in a preheated oven at 200C for 10-13 minutes.
Step 5
We take it out when they rise and begin to crack from above. Serve with ice cream and fresh berries, garnish with a sprig of mint and chocolate chips. Enjoy your meal!
