I bring you some delicious, little burger buns snacks. The buns have cheesy, chicken and garlic tastes.

Ingredients
  • hard cheese 170 g
  • chicken fillet (thigh) 200 g
  • cherry tomatoes (dried halves) 250 g
  • soy sauce (optional) 1 tbsp
  • garlic (clove) 1 pc.
  • onion 1 pc.
  • vegetable oil 1 tbsp.
  • butter (soft) 1 tbsp.
  • pancake flour (+ 2 tbsp. l. for dusting) 160 g
  • sour cream (for greasing buns) 2 tbsp.
  • black pepper (ground) 1 pinch (s)
  • nutmeg 1 pinch (s)
  • basil (dried) 1 pinch (s)
  • egg yolk (+1 tbsp. milk - for greasing buns) 1 pc.
  • tmin 1 tbsp.
  • salt 1 tsp

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Let's make bun dough. Peeled and chopped onions, fry in vegetable oil until transparent.
Step 2
Add the chicken fillet, cut into pieces, fry until white. Add 1 tbsp. l. butter, 1 tbsp. l. soy sauce, a pinch of nutmeg and a pinch of dry basil, a little ground pepper, simmer until the liquid evaporates, 2-3 minutes. Do not fry the meat.
Step 3
Place some chilled chicken and onion fillets in a blender bowl. Add sliced cheese, chopped garlic, chop. The result is a homogeneous mass.
Step 4
Put the mass in a bowl, add the sifted flour in parts.
Step 5
Knead a smooth dough that does not stick to your hands. Divide the dough into 20 pieces. 1 piece of dough weighs ~ 20 grams
Step 6
Sprinkle flour on a cutting board and form cakes from 20 parts of dough. Put a slice of sun-dried cherry tomato on the cake.
Step 7
Close the cake, form a small bun or small pie. The shape to your taste, the main thing is that the baking is small, for one "bite".
Step 8
We put the blanks on a baking sheet covered with a silicone mat. Lubricate with sour cream and bake in an oven preheated to 180 C for 20-25 minutes.
