Olivier roll
I suggest preparing a simplified version of the Olivier salad and serving it in the form of a sliced roll. This salad is less fatty, but just as tasty. In addition, it looks very impressive on the table and is served in portions, which is simply irreplaceable for a festive table.
Ingredients
- lavash 1 pc.
- processed cheese 50 g
- boiled potatoes 1 pc.
- boiled carrots 1 pc.
- boiled egg 1 pc.
- boiled sausage 50 g
- pickled cucumber 1 pc.
- mayonnaise 1 tbsp.
- red caviar 50 g
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Boil vegetables and an egg and peel. Brush lavash with melted cheese.
Step 2
Grate the sausage on the cheese. Optionally, you can replace it with boiled meat.
Step 3
Next is a layer of boiled potatoes. Anticipating questions, I will add that my potatoes are purple.
Step 4
Then a layer of grated carrots.

Then grated pickled cucumbers.
Step 6
Then a layer of grated egg and a net of mayonnaise.
