Pizza Pepperoni
Pepperoni pizza gets its name from the pepperoni sausage. A pepperoni and mozzarella pizza is a great snack for a chilly day.
Ingredients
- mozzarella for pizza - 120 g
- pepperoni - 40 g
- freshly ground pepper to taste
- pressed yeast - 5 g
- water - 300 ml.
- wheat flour - 400 g
- tomatoes - 150 g
- onion - ½ no.
- garlic - 1 clove
- olive oil - 30 g
- salt, pepper - 10 g
- pepper to taste
- dried basil - 5 g
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
We dilute yeast in water, pour it into flour.
Step 2
Knead the dough and leave it to rest for 2 hours.
Step 3
Put the tomatoes in boiling water for 10-15 seconds. We take out, remove the skin, cut into pieces, place in a blender and grind until smooth.
Step 4
Finely chop the onion and garlic, fry in olive oil for 2-3 minutes. Add the tomatoes and simmer over medium heat until the liquid evaporates.
Step 5
Salt, pepper, add basil and let the sauce cool.
Step 6
Roll out the dough up to 30 cm in diameter.
Step 7
Put the cooled tomato sauce on the pizza base - spread it over the entire surface.
Step 8
Cut the mozzarella into slices and spread evenly on the pizza. Put the pepperoni sausage on top. Sprinkle with pepper. Put in the oven for 7 minutes at 200 C.
