Ingredients

- salt to taste
- peeled pumpkin 120 g
- cucumber 1 pc.
- cream 33% 150 ml
- vegetable oil 80 ml
- 1/2 lemon juice
- butter 40 g
- freshly ground black pepper - to taste

- cream 33% 80 ml
- mustard 20 g
- white pepper to taste
- FOR Dill:
- dill 50 g
- olive oil 50 ml

Step 1
Baked perch with tender creamy pumpkin and crispy cucumbers. A delicious and original dish with pumpkin for a family dinner.
Step 2
Fry the fish in vegetable oil for 2 minutes on each side. Then place the fish pieces in a baking dish, greased with vegetable oil. Bake the fish at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
