Sandwiches with northern fish, apples and beets

In our opinion, the combination of hot smoked muksun or omul with apples and beets is very wonderful. Such a company will work well in a salad and as a toast. If you want to make a salad, remove the bread, and mix the above ingredients with the root or another green salad. Use a mixture of lemon juice, mustard and olive oil for dressing.

Ingredients
  • 300 g hot smoked omul or muksun fillet
  • 1 large sweet onion
  • red wine vinegar
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 small boiled or baked beets
  • 1 large sweet and sour apple
  • 3 corners
  • 12 slices of rye toast bread
  • ready horseradish, better creamy

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Remove all bones from the fish. Disassemble the fillets into small pieces.
Step 2
Cut the onion into half rings. Drizzle with the bite, pepper and let sit for 15-20 minutes.
Step 3
Peel the beets. Cut the apple into 4 parts, remove the core. Cut the prepared ingredients together with the gherkins into thin slices.
Step 4
Spread a thin layer of horseradish on 6 slices of bread on one side. If desired, they can be pre-dried in a toaster. Place the fish, onions, gherkins, apples, beets and cover with the other half of the bread.
