Pickled olives
Do you like pickled olives? If so, believe me, such a homemade snack can become a real hit at all family feasts. The main thing is to buy quality olives and olives for pickling.
Ingredients
- 100-120 g olives
- 100–120 g of olives
- 50 ml red wine vinegar
- 50–70 ml olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 chili pepper
- zest of 1 lemon
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 tbsp. l. capers
- 2 tbsp. l. lemon juice
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Drain the olives and olives in a colander to drain the brine, then transfer to a jar.
Step 2
Chop the garlic and chilli finely. Combine olive oil, wine vinegar, garlic, chili, oregano, capers and grated lemon zest in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Add lemon juice, stir.
Step 3
Pour the resulting marinade over the olives and olives. Leave to marinate for 24 hours, shaking the jar occasionally.
