Potato soup with rice and seaweed
Ingredients
  • potatoes 2 pcs.
  • onion 2 pcs.
  • carrots 0.5 pcs.
  • seaweed 80 g
  • rice 3 tbsp
  • chicken broth 1 l
  • greens
  • salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable oil
  • croutons for serving
  • sour cream for serving

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Cook in advance the broth from any meat. I have chicken broth. Peel vegetables. Rinse the rice well and cook until half cooked.
Step 2
Chop onions and carrots and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.
Step 3
Put potatoes in boiling broth and cook until half cooked, add rice, seaweed and cook until they are cooked.
Step 4
Add the fried onions and carrots to the pan. When the soup is boiling, cook for a couple of minutes and then turn off the heat. Season with pepper and salt to taste.
Step 5
When serving, season the soup with sour cream and sprinkle with croutons and herbs.
