Pumpkin hearts with shrimps
Ingredients
- pumpkin 2 pieces (large)
- soft cottage cheese 100 g
- shrimp korlevskie 2 pcs.
- garlic, clove 1 pc.
- olive oil 4-5 tablespoons
- balsamic wine vinegar 1 tbsp
- ground wig-to taste
- Provencal herbs to taste
- mixture of peppers to taste
- salt to taste
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Peel the pumpkin, cut into wide pieces (so that later you can cut the hearts out of it), sprinkle with olive oil, sprinkle with Provencal herbs, wrap the foil and bake in the oven until tender.
