New Year's jelly
  • chicken 1 pc.
  • knuckle 2 pcs.
  • pork legs 2 pcs.
  • ribs of a young bull of 0,5 kg
  • onion 2 pcs.
  • carrots 2 pcs.
  • pepper, garlic, bay leaf
  • mustard "Maheev"


Step 1
Cook under a loosely closed lid for 7 hours. One hour before the end of cooking, put onions and carrots in a saucepan. At the end of cooking, add bay leaf and pepper.
Step 2
Add meat and vegetables from a saucepan. Strain the broth, cover and leave in a warm place.
Step 3
Remove all bones from the legs. Chop the boiled meat and legs. Peel, chop and mix the garlic with the meat.
Step 4
Put the chopped meat in molds, pour in the strained broth. Cut carrots beautifully and add to the meat. Put in the cold. When the jellied meat hardens, gently scrape off the frozen fat that has risen to the top with a spoon. Draw something New Year's with mustard on the surface of the jelly.
