Salmon meatballs with green peas
Ingredients
- salmon fillet 600 g
- onion 1 pc.
- lemon cedar 1 tbsp.
- salt 0.5 tsp
- white pepper 0.5 tsp
- breadcrumbs 2 tbsp.
- flour for rolling meatballs 2 tbsp
- vegetable oil for frying 2 tbsp.
- green peas 100 g
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
To prepare the meatballs, prepare the necessary products: salmon fillet, crackers, lemon zest, salt, white pepper, green peas, onions.
Step 2
Halve the salmon fillet. Twist one half of the fillet together with the onion in a meat grinder, chop the other half with a knife. Combine both masses in a bowl. Add green peas, crackers and lemon uedra to the minced meat. Salt, pepper and knead the minced meat.
Step 3
Form the minced meat into meatballs. Roll each cutlet in flour. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and fry the meatballs until golden brown.
