Ingredients
  • squid 1 pc.
  • crab sticks 3 pcs.
  • bell pepper 0.5 pcs.
  • green onions 2 pcs.
  • chicken eggs 1 pc.
  • breadcrumbs 4 tbsp

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Cut bell peppers, green onions, squid and crab sticks into strips of equal length. To prevent the squid from shrinking, you need to beat it off a little with a kitchen hammer.
Step 2
Fasten with toothpicks on both sides, alternating straws from the chopped food. It turns out like a striped rug.
Step 3
Loosen the egg. Dip each "rug" in an egg, then in bread crumbs. Fry in a preheated pan until golden brown.
Step 4
Cut the appetizer into pieces and place on the table. Don't forget to take out the toothpicks!
