Squid stuffed with mushrooms and eggs
Our family loved the delicious squid with juicy filling, I highly recommend trying it!
Ingredients
- fresh champignons 300 g
- semi-hard cheese 100 g
- chicken eggs 4 pcs.
- butter 30 g
- onion 1 pc.
- salt 1 pinch (s), freshly ground black pepper 1 pinch (s)
- squid 6 carcasses
- for the sauce: sour cream 300 g
- mayonnaise 100 g
- flour 1 tbsp.
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Chop the onion finely, fry in butter.
Step 2
Cut the mushrooms into small cubes, add to the pan to the onion, fry until half cooked for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Cut the boiled eggs into small cubes.
Step 4
Finely chop the green onion feathers, add the chopped green onions and boiled eggs to the fried mushrooms.
Step 5
Add cheese grated on a medium grater there.
Step 6
Mix the filling, season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 7
If the squids are purchased completely unprepared, dip them in cold water and remove the insides without cutting, rinse, then remove the film from the carcass, rinse, dry. I already had squid peeled and gutted. Stuff the squid carcasses, seal the holes with toothpicks.
Step 8
Put the stuffed squid carcasses in a deep baking sheet or dish.
Step 9
Stir sour cream with mayonnaise, flour, pepper and salt.
Step 10
Pour squid with this sauce, bake in an oven preheated to medium temperature for 30-40 minutes, remove the toothpicks after cooking. When serving, cut the carcasses into transverse pieces. It can be served as a hot main course, as a cold or hot snack.
