Stuffed bell pepper (fried)
Ingredients
  • 700 g minced meat
  • 0.5 cups rice
  • 12 bell peppers
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 onions
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons green
  • pepper, salt
  • 800 ml canned tomatoes in their own juice
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 tbsp. l. tomato paste or ketchup
  • pepper, salt

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Cut off the tops of the peppers and remove the seeds. Rinse. Fry the peppers on all sides in a little oil. Fry the tops as well.
Step 2
Add vegetables and rice to the minced meat, mix. Fill the peppers with the filling. Place the peppers in a large saucepan.
Step 3
Prepare the sauce. Fry chopped onion and pepper, add garlic, tomato paste and tomatoes. Bring to a boil and cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Pour the sauce into a saucepan with about 400 ml of water. Close the lid and cook at low boil for 25-30 minutes.
