Tagliatelle with chicken breast, oyster mushrooms and blue cheese sauce

Oyster mushrooms, or oyster mushrooms, can compete with beef in the amount of protein, so they are often used in vegetarian dishes. They go well not only with vegetables, but also with meat or poultry. Oyster mushrooms are often used in the preparation of pastries and cereal dishes; in most cases, they can easily replace the more familiar mushrooms.
