  • 500 g flour
  • 2-3 eggs
  • salt
  • 150 g dried white mushrooms
  • 2 medium onions
  • 40-50 g butter
  • 200 g fat smoked ham
  • 2 eggs
  • salt, freshly ground black pepper
  • 100 g butter
  • 1 large onion


Step 1
For dough, combine sifted flour and eggs in a bowl. Dissolve with a little salted water and knead a moderately tough dough so that it does not stick to your hands.
Step 2
Boil mushrooms in hot water until soft. Chop ham and mushrooms into small pieces. Combine with eggs, beaten until smooth, with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Roll out the dough into a thin layer and cut the circles into a small mold or glass. Sorcerers should be "one bite". Place the filling in circles. Blind like dumplings and boil them until cooked in plenty of salted water.
Step 4
For serving, chop the onion not too finely and fry until soft in oil. Serve the wizards hot with an onion-oil mixture.
