Young potatoes baked with meat
Serve the green salad (rucola, spinach, corn, iceberg) with colorful cherry tomatoes and a dressing of olive oil, lemon juice, honey and mustard with seeds to the potatoes.
Ingredients
- 8 medium young potatoes
- 300 g baked pork shoulder
- 1 large egg
- 1 scoop (120-140 g) mozzarella
- salt
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Preheat oven to 200 ° C. Wash the potatoes with a brush, cook in their uniforms in boiling salted water, 20 minutes.
Step 2
Cool the potatoes slightly, cut in half, spoon out some of the pulp and chop it.
Step 3
Grate the mozzarella on a coarse grater. Combine mozzarella, meat, egg, potatoes. Season with salt to taste.
Step 4
Line a large baking dish with paper or foil. Put the meat mixture on each half of the potato, press, put in a mold. Place in the oven, bake until golden brown, about 20 minutes.
