Amaranth waffles with seaweed
Great savory snack waffles. They can be safely served with a variety of salads, first and second courses. Great for picnics!
Ingredients
- amaranth flour 50 g
- wheat flour 50 g
- hard cheese 40 g
- thermostatic yoghurt 110 g
- Adyghe salt to taste
- pinch pepper mix
- egg 1 pc.
- olive oil 15 ml
- pickled seaweed 75 g
- baking powder 1/3 tsp
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Sift both flours; add baking powder, salt and pepper.
Step 2
Add egg, olive oil, yogurt.
Step 3
Stir until smooth.
Step 4
Add the seaweed.
Step 5
Stir.
Step 6
Preheat the multibaker. Grease a waffle pan with vegetable oil. Lay out the dough.
Step 7
Bake until tender.
Step 8
