Apples in a puff
Easy and quick baking for tea. I used to bake puffs in the airfryer, but they can be cooked in the oven as well.
Ingredients
- apples 8 pcs.
- powdered sugar 1 tbsp
- yeast puff pastry 500 g
- chicken egg 1 pc.
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
You will need a 6 cm round notch or match the size of the apples. Cut out circles from the dough, roll out the rest of the dough and make circles again. I got 16 pieces.
Step 2
Cut the apples lengthwise into 2 parts, remove the seed box. Make several longitudinal cuts. Divide the halves of the apples into dough circles, press in slightly. Leave for 15-20 minutes for proofing in a warm place.
Step 3
Preheat the multi-oven to 200 degrees. Grease the puffs (dough) with an egg. Place on the airfryer grid. Bake for 6-7 minutes at 200 degrees. Sprinkle the finished puffs with icing sugar. Enjoy your meal!
