Loose pie with berries and meringues
Delicious pie with seasonal berries. Delicate crumbly dough with a cinnamon flavor, juicy berry filling under a caramel meringue hat! Help yourself!
Ingredients
- egg white 2 pcs.
- sugar 100 g
- blueberries 2/3 cup (s)
- strawberries 2/3 glass (s)
- sour cream 50 g
- milk 80 ml
- egg yolk 2 pcs.
- Kotanyi cinnamon 1/2 tsp
- sugar 1/3 cup (s)
- flour 1 tbsp.
- flour 240 g
- sugar 1/3 cup (s)
- butter 130 g
- baking powder 1 tsp
- Kotanyi cinnamon 1/2 tsp
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Prepare your ingredients.
Step 2
Remove the butter from the refrigerator beforehand. Add sifted flour with baking powder, ground cinnamon, sugar to the butter and stir into crumbs with your hands.

Put the crumb in a greased mold, pressing with your hand, arrange the sides. Place the dough pan in the refrigerator while the filling is cooking.

For the filling, break 2 yolks into a bowl.

Add milk, sour cream, sugar, flour, cinnamon.

Place blueberries and strawberries on the crumb.
