Asian style pickled radish
Spicy crispy appetizer with a spicy flavor.
Ingredients
- radishes 200 gr
- 1 clove garlic
- ginger slice 2 cm
- dill 2 sprigs
- Kotanyi salt to taste
- sugar 1 tsp.
- vegetable oil 1 tbsp
- sesame oil 1 tsp
- Kotanyi pepper to taste
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Wash the radishes, cut off the tails. Cut the large one in half or into quarters, leave the small one like that.
Step 2
Finely chop the ginger, chop the garlic into thin slices, chop the dill.
