Bagels with boiled condensed milk
I found this recipe a long time ago on the Internet and these bagels were called by the author - "Bastards". I can't even imagine what made the author give these cute bagels such a name, but they stuck in my memory under this name :) Anyway, the bagels are very tasty. They are prepared quickly and without hassle, so I safely recommend them as an excellent pastry for everyday tea drinking.
Ingredients
- cream margarine 200 g
- sour cream 200 g
- chicken eggs 1 pc.

Step 1
Knead the dough. To do this, melt the margarine, add the egg and sour cream, mix. Drop lemon soda into baking soda, send to dough, sift flour on top. The dough is very soft and does not stick to hands.

Divide the dough into 6 equal parts, roll up a ball from each, put on a plate, cover with cling film and put in the cold for at least 1 hour
Step 3
Roll the ball into a circle on a silicone mat (dough thickness - 2-3 mm), divide into 8 segments, put 1 tsp on each. boiled condensed milk
Step 4
Roll up the bagel: fold the edges to the center, "seal" the filling, roll up the bagel, press down slightly
Step 5
Dip each bagel in granulated sugar
Step 6
Place the bagels on a baking sheet lined with baking paper
Step 7
Bake the rolls in an oven preheated to 180 degrees until tender (about 30-40 minutes). Cool the rolls and serve. Store in a sealed box
