Baked chicken with quince
Ingredients
- chicken 1 pc.
- quince 1 pc.
- salt to taste
- mixture of peppers to taste
- ground paprika-to taste
- bay leaf 3 pcs.
- garlic, clove 3 pcs.
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Wash the chicken, dry it with a paper towel. Peel the garlic, cut the cloves into halves, and grate the chicken with the cut side of the garlic.
Step 2
Put a mixture of peppers, paprika, salt, chopped bay leaf in a bowl, mix. Grate the chicken inside and out with the resulting mixture, leave for 30-40 minutes (longer).
Step 3
Wash the quince, dry it, cut it into 6-8 pieces (remove the seeds). Put the sliced quince slices inside the chicken, stab the hole with a toothpick, tie the chicken legs with culinary thread. Put the chicken in a baking bag.
Step 4
Bake in a preheated 180 degrees oven for 1 hour (focus on your oven and the weight of the chicken). Remove the chicken from the bag, remove the toothpick, put the quince slices around the chicken on a platter. Enjoy your meal! It turns out a very tasty chicken with a quince aroma.
