Baked perch with vegetables
Ingredients
- perch 1 pc.
- salt to taste
- ground black pepper - to taste
- cherry tomatoes 6 pcs.
- potatoes 4 pcs.
- carrots 1 pc.
- olive oil 4 tablespoons
- dried rosemary - to taste
- garlic, clove 2 pcs.

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Clean fish from entrails, remove fins and scales. Rinse under running water. Pat dry with a paper towel. Season with salt, sprinkle with ground black pepper and rosemary to taste. Drizzle with lemon juice. Leave it on for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Peel the potatoes and cut into halves (I used small potatoes). Peel the carrots and cut into thin slices. Peel and chop the garlic. Wash and dry the cherry tomatoes.
Step 3
Place the perch in a ceramic dish and place the sliced potatoes, cherry tomatoes, carrot slices around. Drizzle with olive oil on top, sprinkle with the mixture of peppers and rosemary.
Step 4
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for 30-35 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
