Beef liver salad

Delicious liver salad with boiled potatoes, carrots and eggs. Pickled cucumbers and bell peppers, as well as fried liver pieces in soy sauce add spice to the salad. This salad is good for a change to replace the usual "Olivier" at the festive table, serve chilled, decorating as desired. You can simply sprinkle with chopped herbs.

Ingredients
  • beef liver 200 g
  • potatoes (boiled) 3 pcs.
  • carrots (boiled) 1 pc.
  • chicken egg (boiled) 3 pcs.
  • pickled cucumbers 80 g
  • onions 0.5 pcs.
  • bell pepper 0.5 pcs.
  • green onions - to taste
  • salt to taste
  • soy sauce 1 tbsp
  • vegetable oil 1 tbsp.
  • sour cream (or mayonnaise) - for dressing

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Mash the potatoes with a fork or cut into small cubes, add the diced carrots, egg and cucumber. Mix.
Step 2
Add the liver and onion (no fried oil).
