It just so happened that burgers, hot dogs, shawarma have become the favorite food of football fans. This is apparently due to the fact that it is not only tasty, but also satisfying. But everyone knows that football fans are very much and emotionally worried about their favorite teams and spend a lot of energy during intense matches. Therefore, they need a hearty snack. These pockets are a great alternative to burger buns. These pockets can be filled with your favorite toppings and sauces. You can take them with you not only to the stadium, but also on a hike, as they are very convenient - their contents do not crumble and the sauce does not flow out from all sides. I saw this idea on the Internet and since then I have been preparing such pockets for picnics.

Ingredients
  • dry yeast 10 g
  • warm water 150 ml
  • sugar 2 tsp.
  • flour 500 g
  • natural yogurt 150 g
  • baking powder 1 tsp
  • vegetable oil (in dough) 100 ml
  • salt 1 tsp
  • egg yolk 1 pc.
  • vegetable oil (for the layer) 100 ml
  • egg (for brushing) 1 pc.
  • milk (for greasing) 1 tbsp.
  • sesame seeds 2 tsp
  • sunflower seeds 3 tbsp.
  • chicken fillet 600 g
  • garlic marinade TM "Maheev" for 5 tbsp.
  • marinade for chicken TM "Maheev" 5 tbsp.
  • Russian mustard TM "Maheev" 2 tsp
  • mayonnaise TM "Maheev" 5 tbsp
  • ketchup Krasnodar TM "Maheev" 5 tbsp.
  • ketchup lecho TM "Maheev" 5 tbsp.
  • fresh tomato 2 pcs.
  • fresh cucumber 2 pcs.
  • cheese 10 pcs.

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
In warm water, mix yeast, sugar and a tablespoon of flour, stir and place in a warm place to activate the yeast.

In a bowl, combine room temperature yogurt, egg yolk, salt and baking powder.
Step 3
Add suitable yeast to the yoghurt-egg mixture.
Step 4
Mix everything.
Step 5
Pour half the flour into the mixture, mix ... Pour in half the oil and mix again. Thus, adding flour and adding vegetable oil, knead a soft elastic dough.
Step 6
Cover the bowl with the dough with a napkin and put in a warm place for about 1 hour.

An hour later, our dough will look like this.

Knead the dough and divide into 10 equal parts. Roll each part into a ball and cover with a napkin so that it does not get aired.

Roll each part thinly into a circle (about 20 cm) and brush with vegetable oil.

Then fold in half and grease with oil again.

And fold it in half again. As a result, you should get such a pocket. The photo shows two options for the pockets - on the right I cut the rolled cake in a circle (under the plate), and left it uncut on the left. There is not much difference. Pockets will come out in any version.
Step 12
Thus, roll out 5 pockets and put them on a baking sheet, grease with a mixture of eggs and a spoonful of milk. Sprinkle with sunflower and sesame seeds on top. (or whatever you like). Bake in an oven preheated to 180 * until golden brown, about 20 minutes.
Step 13
While the pockets are baking, prepare the filling. To do this, cut half of the chicken fillet into small oblong pieces.

In a container, mix the TM "Maheev" garlic marinade and chopped chicken fillet. Leave for 20 minutes to marinate. Then bake in the oven. I baked in the sleeve, the meat turned out juicy and aromatic!
Step 15
Cut the second half of the chicken fillet into large slices, beat off slightly and cover with TM "Maheev" marinade for chicken, fold into a container. Leave for 20 minutes, then bake in the oven until tender, wrapped in foil.
Step 16
Fill some of the ready-made pockets with chicken fillet baked in the TM "Maheev" marinade for chicken. Poured ketchup "Lecho" TM "Maheev" on top.
Step 17
Fill the second part of the pockets with chicken fillet baked in garlic marinade TM "Makheev". I poured Krasnodarskiy ketchup from Makheev TM on top.
