Brizol
Brizol is minced meat fried in an egg. Any filling can be wrapped in it. This is delicious!
Ingredients
- minced beef 800 g
- mayonnaise 200 g
- tomatoes (large) 2 pcs.
- garlic (cloves) 4 pcs.
- chicken eggs 10 pcs.
- vegetable oil for frying 2 tbsp.
- greens 1 bunch (s)
- salt 1 pinch (s)
- pepper 1 pinch (s)
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Beat the eggs with a whisk (you can skip 10 eggs at once, it is better to start with 7 eggs, and then add more if necessary).
Step 2
We take two sheets of cling film, put one portion of minced meat on one of them, cover with another sheet on top. Smooth the minced meat with a knife or rolling pin into a thin cake.
Step 3
Pour a little beaten egg into a flat plate, remove the top layer of film from the minced meat and turn it over into a plate with an egg. Remove the second layer of film and save it for the next batch.
Step 4
Pour some vegetable oil into a hot frying pan and carefully lay out the minced meat with an egg. You can help with your hand if the minced meat sticks a little to the plate. Fry on one side over medium heat. Then turn the minced meat down and fry the other side.
