Cake with strawberry jam and curd cream
Delicious cake with strawberry jam and curd cream for a home celebration. The sponge cake is baked in a slow cooker.
Ingredients
- for biscuit
- egg 4 pcs.
- sugar 1 cup (s)
- vegetable oil 1 cup (s)
- lemonade 1 glass (s)
- wheat flour 2.5 glass (s)
- valylin 0.5 pinch (s)
- baking powder 1 tbsp.
- for cream
- fat cottage cheese 300 g
- butter 100 g
- powdered sugar 1.5 cup (s)
- vanillin to taste
- for impregnation
- strawberry jam 150 g
- for decoration
- raspberries to taste
- grated bitter chocolate to taste
- confectionery beads to taste
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Add sugar and eggs to the beating bowl.
Step 2
Beat with a mixer. Add vegetable oil, mix.
Step 3
Pour in lemonade. Mix.
Step 4
Add sifted flour, vanillin and baking powder. Mix.
Step 5
Grease a multicooker bowl with butter. Transfer the dough into it. Switch on the baking program. Bake for 80-100 minutes, depending on the power of the multicooker.
Step 6
While the biscuit is baking, prepare the cream. Weigh the curd, preferably rub through a sieve. Add butter to cottage cheese, mix with a mixer.
Step 7
Add powdered sugar and vanillin.
Step 8
Beat with a mixer.
Step 9
Remove the finished biscuit from the multicooker. Allow to cool.
Step 10
Cut the biscuit lengthwise into 2 parts. Brush with jam.
Step 11
Then, with curd cream.
Step 12
Cover with the second portion of the biscuit. Grease the top and sides of the cake with jam. Then, with cream.
Step 13
Decorate with raspberries, pastry beads, grated chocolate. Enjoy your tea!
