Chicken roll with zucchini, carrots and cheese
A delicious, aromatic hot chicken roll with cheese and vegetable filling can be served with a complex side dish on a festive table, and cold as a beautiful appetizer.
Ingredients
- chicken breast fillet 4 pcs.
- carrots 0.3-0.5 pcs.
- zucchini 80 g
- grated cheese 3 tbsp.
- garlic (cloves) 2 pcs.
- salt to taste
- ground black pepper to taste
- honey 2 tsp
- granular mustard 2-3 tsp.
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Chicken fillet should be taken large. Wrap the fillet in cling film and beat off as thin as possible, but so as not to tear.

Grate zucchini and carrots for Korean salads. Put on a layer of cheese, zucchini and carrots, add garlic squeezed through a press, salt and pepper.
