Cod in tomato-wine sauce with basil and feta
A very simple yet sophisticated Italian-style dish. White fish, tomato-wine sauce, lots of basil, feta - and just 40 minutes to prepare such a delicious dish! I highly recommend
Ingredients
- cod fillet 600 g
- onions 1 pc.
- garlic 1 pc.
- seasoning "Italian herbs" 0.5 tsp.
- fresh chili 1 pinch (s)
- tomato trade wind 500 g
- feta 50 g
- fresh basil 1 bunch (s)
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Rinse the cod, cut into portions, put in a fireproof dish, salt and pepper. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
Step 2
Put the sauce on top of the fish, put in the oven and bake for 20-30 minutes until the fish is cooked
Step 3
Serve with fresh, delicious bread and a glass of wine
