Cod bonbons with nori sauce
Ingredients
- cod fillet 500 g
- onion 1 pc.
- wheat flour 100 g
- salt 1 tsp
- black pepper 0.5 tsp
- spices for fish 1 tsp
- oatmeal 100 g
- coconut milk 300 g
- nori (in sheets for sushi) 3 pcs.
- dill 20 g
- butter 30 g
- wheat flour (for the sauce) 1 tbsp.
- vegetable oil 3 tbsp.
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Chop the cod fillet with a knife until it is minced. Add salt, freshly ground black pepper, finely chopped onions, oatmeal. Knead the minced meat and form the balls.
Step 2
Mix flour with spices for fish. Roll each ball in this mixture. Sprinkle with vegetable oil on top and bake with steam at 180 degrees for about 25-30 minutes (you can simply fry in a pan).
Step 3
Prepare the sauce: fry 1 tablespoon (no slide) flour in butter, add coconut milk, mix thoroughly. Bring to thickening. If the sauce is too thick, you can add water. Salt, pepper, add dill and nori, punch with a blender.
