Couscous with shrimps and vegetables
Ingredients
- couscous 110 g
- shrimp 100 g
- zucchini 1/2 pc.
- eggplant 1 pc.
- sweet pepper 1 pc.
- onion 1 pc.
- cherry tomatoes 100 g
- parsley greens 1 bunch (s)
- olive oil 4 tablespoons
- salt to taste
- freshly ground black pepper - to taste
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Pour boiling water over the couscous and leave for 5-10 minutes. Wash, peel and cut vegetables: zucchini and eggplants into strips, peppers in small pieces, half rings, cherry tomatoes - in halves.
