Shrimp fried rice
Ingredients
- shrimp 12 pcs.
- ground curry 1 tsp
- garlic, clove 1 pc.
- brown rice 50 g
- soy sauce 1 tbsp
- chili pepper 1/4 pc.
- vegetable oil 3 tbsp.
- sugar 1/2 tsp.
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Finely chop the garlic and chili. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, add chopped garlic and chili, curry, fry for 20-30 seconds, add shrimp and fry for another 3-5 minutes.
Step 2
Put boiled rice in a frying pan, sprinkle with soy sauce, add 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, fry the rice until golden brown. Serve with herbs and vegetables.
