Curd dip with green onions

Cottage cheese dip with green onions can be served with almost any vegetables - fresh or baked. This sauce is also perfect with baked red fish. And a very simple, but tasty option for an appetizer: dip fresh bread with a crispy crust in curd sauce.

Ingredients
  • 1 small bunch of green onions
  • 150 g fat non-acidic cottage cheese
  • 50 g non-acidic sour cream or thick yogurt
  • half a lemon
  • 3 cucumbers to serve
  • salt, freshly ground black pepper

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Cut off the white part of the onion (it is not needed), chop the feathers.
Step 2
Set aside a little onion for decoration, put the rest in a blender, add sour cream, cottage cheese, lemon zest and juice, salt and pepper. Grind in mashed potatoes.
Step 3
Cut the cucumbers lengthwise into thin slices.
Step 4
Transfer the dip to a bowl and sprinkle with the remaining onions. Serve with cubes of cucumbers.
