Duck with tangerines
Recently, duck on the table has become quite popular, displacing the usual chicken. We will follow this trend. Mandarins give the duck an unusual taste. Try this recipe for duck.
- duck 2 kg
- tangerines 4-5 pcs.
- olive oil 50 g
- provencal herbs 1 tbsp
- salt 0.5 tsp
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Mix olive oil with olive herbs. Rub the duck inside and out with salt, then a mixture of butter and herbs. Leave to marinate for 2-3 hours.
Place the pickled duck on a baking sheet, put the tangerines inside, fix the skin with a toothpick so that the inside is closed.
Cover the duck first with baking paper, then with foil and send to bake in the oven for an hour and a half.
