- ground garlic 2 tsp
- 1 pinch (s) sea salt
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Sprinkle the working surface with flour, lay out the dough that has come up. Smooth the dough with your hands, giving it the shape of a rectangle, fold it into an envelope and put it back in the bowl for proofing for another 30 minutes.
Step 2
The dough that has come up is ready to go. Roll out the dough into a layer 5 mm thick. Mix ground paprika with ground garlic and vegetable oil. Using a culinary brush, spread the mixture evenly around the entire perimeter of the dough. Roll the dough into a roll and then roll it up in a spiral. Grease the top with vegetable oil and sprinkle with coarse salt. Put the bun in a baking dish, let it rise for another 30 minutes.
Step 3
Bake the focaccia in an oven preheated to 250 degrees. Bake over steam for 10 minutes. Then remove the container with water, lower the temperature to 220 degrees and bake for another 15 minutes. Fragrant soft bread is ready!
