Fried shrimps for beer
Ingredients
  • shrimp 700 g
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • tomato ketchup TM Maheev 0.5 glass (s)
  • soy sauce 0.3
  • vegetable oil 50 ml
  • pepper to taste
  • dill bunch

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Defrost the shrimps a little. Peel the garlic and chop. Put garlic in a preheated frying pan with vegetable oil and flavor the oil for 1 minute, avoiding burning.
Step 2
Put the shrimps in a frying pan and fry until the moisture is almost completely evaporated.
Step 3
Pour TM Mistral tomato ketchup and soy sauce into the pan. Stir and season with pepper to taste. Fry, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens. The thick sauce will be absorbed by the shrimps and coat them thickly.
Step 4
Finely chop the dill and sprinkle with the shrimp. Serve with beer or just like that! ))
