Grilled marshmallows in chocolate sauce
Few people would think of frying ordinary marshmallows. But marshmallows are another matter. Grilled soft chewy marshmallows are a traditional American delicacy, without which almost any picnic or campfire hike is complete.
Ingredients
- 400 g mini marshmallows
- 50 ml chocolate sauce
- 5 g caster sugar
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Take small wooden skewers (if you are using a charcoal grill or charcoal grill, soak them in water first).
Step 2
String 4 marshmallows on each skewer, you should get 4 skewers per person.
Step 3
Grill the marshmallows quickly - it should be browned and slightly puffy from the heat.
Step 4
